Hey guys, still going to work and class every day. Classes have been going really well. Nothing out of the ordinary happening, you would think being in prison I would have more to write about. One thing I thought there was alot more of in prison was people working out and exercising. Believe it or not probably only 30 people in the whole prison who actually work out. There are many more who walk the track but thats it. Most of the guys here gain weight because their lockers are right by their beds and they eat out of boredom. Majority of my unit watches tv, I dont watch any tv now that yellowstone is over. From 4pm to 10Pm count I get bored and always looking for something to do. The spanish guys have been playing soccer every day so I usually jump in that for a couple hours, it goes from about 6pm to 7:30pm. Its nice because I get to stay up on my spanish everyday. Ill usually shower after that and read until I goto sleep.
There is a new incoming class coming into the program Im in. It should be interesting to see how they handle the program, some guys struggle early on.
My wife, mother in-law and daughter were recently on a cover of a country magazine. Im proud of them, it was a good article. I just got it yesterday, they are kind of famous now in my wing of prison. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing lol.
Im looking forward to watching the superbowl this weekend!
I am over half way through my sentence and will hopefully be home in less than 6 months. It has given me some addtional motivation. I really cant wait to get back at it once I get out.
